The small print

Safety - like with all dolls houses and furniture that you buy, children who play with them should be supervised.

Scale - all our dolls houses and furniture and accessories are 1:12 scale

(1 inch = 1 foot).

Delivery - all prices are quoted INCLUDE postage and package within the United Kingdom.

Cancellations - refunds will be given less 10% of the total cost for

non-commissioned houses. Cancellation of a commissioned house will incur loss of deposit.

Returns - refunds will be provided for items that are returned as faulty or damaged in transit only.
